Poetry and Prose: Readings and discussion

During this event, Hassan El Ouazzani (Morocco) and Thomas McCarthy (Ireland) will read their own poetry, discuss the boundaries between prose, poetry and prose-poetry and elaborate on prose-poetry culture in European and Arabic traditions. (With Dutch and English subtitles.)

In the second part of the programme, Dutch poetry and prose writers Tomas Lieske, Anneke Brassinga and Joost Zwagerman will read their work in Dutch and discuss prose-poetry and the boundaries between poetry and prose.
